Policy

• Processing time is 1-7 days, Shipping is 1-21 days (depending on how fast you want it) and is delivered with Royal Mail and Hermes. 
• If your order isn't processed within 3 weeks of the purchase date you will automatically receive a full refund.
• After an order is shipped, I have no control over what happens to it. Lost, stolen or broken packages are not my responsibility. 
• As of right now, we only ship to UK, aren't tracked unless you ask for it but this will £5 cost extra for shipping fees.
• We are not responsible for packages once tracking information is issued!

• Once your shipping label is printed, no refunds can be issued.
• Due to the coronavirus shipping may take longer :)
• If items haven't been received, are damaged or order isn't full, please dont hesitate to email me of DM me on Instagram. Refunds are admissible if items haven't been delivered but for confirmation you will have to be prepared to show evidence of you item not arriving and call Royal Mail or the Post Office.
